- JT grew up in Long Island, NY and has been a permanent resident of Florida since 1992. He frequently commutes between Naples and Hollywood, Florida and originally started in the automotive industry back in 1986 while still in college. JT has worked in all key dealership positions from Salesperson to General Manager and founded Best Auto Leasing USA as he believes that traditional car buying doesn't work well anymore. - Tony grew up in Paterson, NJ and started in the automotive industry in 1986. He worked with JT selling cars in Little Falls, NJ and eventually permanently relocated to Wellington, Florida in 1998. Kent has worked successfully in all management positions at the dealership level and still maintains a strong presence at the store level. He handles many of the SE Florida accounts for Best Auto Leasing USA spanning Palm Beach to Miami. Tony socially enjoys a Manhattan Cocktail and is VERY social; hence the acronym "T Smooth" was created.

- Mick was born in Charleston, SC and was raised in Chicago, IL. Mick moved to Los Angeles and started in the automotive industry in 1978. He has successfully held key dealership management positions including General Sales Manager but always enjoyed his tenure as a Customer Financial Services Director the most. Mick relocated to sunny Naples, Florida in 1999 and worked with JT at a premier luxury auto franchise. He later joined Best Auto Leasing USA after realizing he is too young to retire. Mick oversees the SW Florida area operations from Tampa to Naples for Best Auto Leasing USA. On weekends, sometimes he can be spotted enjoying a fine cigar at Burn in Naples.

- Alexandria grew up near Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2014 while on a break from studies. She completed her degree program in 2017 with a concentration in social media marketing. Alexandria oversees everything social media and internet related for Best Auto Leasing USA and can not easily be lured away from her laptop or iPhone. Alexandria aspires to also be a Master Sommelier someday and can sometimes be found paddleboarding the beach on a calm afternoon.
